After sitting down upstairs, I waited for another ten minutes before someone brought me a menu to order. Each course was themed around a different theme: monkfish, red bisque shrimp, beef tartare, amaranth, marbled eel (amazing!), grapes, oilback shrimp, quail, wagyu beef, mushrooms, coconut and finally lotus. I especially recommend eating Vietnamese spring rolls, the wrappers in this restaurant are very delicious. The sauce is also great!

翱翔的大鲨鱼I recommend the French restaurant La Badiane in Hanoi. This restaurant has been in business for at least 12 years. I don’t know if the owner has been assimilated into Vietnam. I feel that the portion of each dish has become larger than before, especially the portion of dessert is larger than the appetizer. But the taste is still so good.
